Deldric Pty Ltd specializes in facility servicing and maintenance in commercial buildings.  We have been providing air conditioning and electrical maintenance solutions for a wide range of organizations for the past fourteen years. 

Deldric Pty Ltd over the past three years have started to provide a full design and project management service.  Gavin Criddle is a qualified lighting engineer and also has Diploma in interior design and 3D design.

We can help you to maximise the functionality of your space while achieving the desired look and feel. 2-D, 3-D and photorealistic renderings will help you visualise the end result of our combined ideas.

Another key area of our business is also to provide Facility management for several financial institutions. 

Deldric Pty Ltd supervises various subcontractors when entering the premises to carry out work on site.We inspect and sign off any work carried out and also manage after hours access and service calls during and after hours.
