Our Managing Director

Gavin Criddle has been involved with air conditioning, building automation and asset management over the past twenty years. He is highly skilled in many different building automation platforms and during this time has continued to study in areas of automation, energy management and business management.  Gavin works ‘hands on’ with clients and employees to ensure the highest level of service is maintained.

Senior Service Technician

Tim Gates has been working in the air conditioning industry for over 10 years performing tasks including servicing and maintaining of mechanical equipment.  Over the past six years he has been involved in building automation, working on a range of different systems including Innotech, Johnson Controls, Siemens and Barber Coleman.  Tim completed his apprenticeship at Johnson Controls.

Refrigerated & Electrical Service Technician

Adrian Hager has been working in the air conditioning industry for over 10 years performing tasks including servicing & maintaining mechanical equipment.

Electrical Service Technician

Garth Woodford has been working in the air conditioning and building automation industry for over eight years.  He is skilled in the installation of building automation equipment and commercial electrical equipment.  Garth also specializes in phone and data installation.

Handyman and Service Technician

Adrian McDonald performs tasks including maintenance of mechanical equipment & also general maintenance, repairs and handyman services.

Painter and Decorator

Michael Priest is employed to carry out any painting and decoration requirements.
